hey there Peeps, well, the title pretty much says it all . . Authentic Mugen Cluster in Fantastic Shape. Came Straight out of a RHD ITR Front Clip i got for a customer, and also i know these things are NOT CHEAP! ! make your offers, LOW BALLERS, PLEASE MAKE ME OFFERS AS WELL, i could always go for a good laugh after taking a break from work . . do your research on these if u dont know much about them and u will see how rare and pricey they are . . . theres always gonna be those people that say, damn, i wouldnt spend that kinda money on something like that, and thats why you get rota and others people get name brand parts. if i had a dc, i would keep it, but i have a eg6 . . i might try 2 fit it, but eh, please bump if your down for this type of stuff . . if u wanna check it out, come on down .. .. my number is not hard 2 find, its below this!

 

sweet gauge its been a LONG time since i saw one for sale...and it is indeed discontinued from mugen. good luck for a true jdm show piece that is rare and HARD to find.

i heard there arent any hot gauge clusters for the eg6 . . i think there was a thread that confirmed that . .

don't butcher the cluster but then again you can if you wanted too but i highly doubt it.

 

yea, im not gonna mess with it . . i tryed fitting it into my civic . . it screws into place decently with only 2 screws, but for one the original eg gauge plugs wouldnt fit . . i would have 2 break the eg plugs to make em go in, or replace them with intetra plugs . . but other then that, i tried bolting in the mugen cluster on the eg and putting the gauge bezel on and it doesnt really fit too nicely . . oh well . . BUMP ! !

 

well you can still get that speedo and bezel for like 400 shipped and jdm itr cluster is 100 well thats only 500 with a new mugen speedo

 

r u making an offer? i would just pay a couple hundred extra for the cluster which is right here in Sunny California pre-assembled as apposed to calling mister mugen (probably cant find the place that has them anyways) and order these parts if they even exsist anymore, wait months for shipping from japan, hope they dont get damaged or lost, then hunt down a jdm itr cluster (i know not too hard too find) and piece it 2gether . . how u gonna call mugen anyways? lol thanx 4 tha bump. for those of ya that know me, u know wuts krakin 2nyt, we got Zings in down town fullerton all 2 ourselfs hit me up and the party bus will be in front of ya house . . . . have a good friday nyt y'all ! !

??? jdm itr clusters for $100 lol yea maybe a busted one.

also i dont think you can even buy the mugen itr speedo gauge. (i hate kings new website!!!) i couldnt find it on there only the ring is for sale. at $165

dont sell just yet, pm ausmith bud and get a confirmation as to its availability. rareness = more $ but discontinued and rareness = much more $$$

 

i asked clayton myself...the mugen dc2r speedo is NO LONGER AVAILABLE. IT IS DISCONTINUED. the aluminum bezel is still available though, but having only the bezel without the mugen gauge just isnt the same...like ketchup without the fries

and ive baught 2 jdm clusters for 80 shipped so far they are not worth that much

 

there are some parts on inlinefour that are listed which are no longer available, and i think this gauge is one of them. try actually calling them to see if they can sell you this and i'd be REALLY surprised. so unless they are bypassing king motors and getting them from some magic jdm wharehouse, im willing to bet they are not available unless they have new "old" stock...which id be impressed to see.

 

good point i cant justify spending 700 ona cluster that only costs 500 new and i got my spoon cluster for cheaper then that

 

i dont know...to me, just make an offer, wouldnt hurt. besides, we all know that demand is what drives prices up, especially when its been discontiued and harder to get. when you reach this point, thats when CONDITION becomes key since the only thing available is used.

its a sweet cluster no doubt, and surprisingly not as common as the spoon. its a nice way to separate from the crowd. you could settle for the aussie spec one that goes up to 260 Km also, looks exactly the same except it isnt marked "mugen" on the bottom. in fact, theres one on ebay now thats pretty sweet.

 

see how much we accomplish when we just talk things out and not bash . . . so yea in the end, its somewhat gonna be pretty hard 2 piece this thing 2gether 100% since one piece is no longer available, and yea eg6 clusters are like $100-120, why would itr's be cheaper . . i believe theyre more . . . .anyhow, i like rare stuff ! ! any one have some krazy eg stuff they wanna trade? im looking for a Live Sports EG6 front lip . . or a Top Secret C-Pillar Bar . . but not 100% if they even make that one . . i know they make a ek one . . or a set of honda headlight covers for eg6 . . or a set of front & rear bumper moldings for eg6 .. .. HOLLA ! ! !

But in case of its unavailability from King. There's one on eBay for $450 minus the bezel. Bezel adds $50, I guess.

</TD></TR></TABLE>someone should just call King to confirm if the gauge is really discontinued or not. i know i asked the last time i ordered something and that is what i got, that the gauge itself was no longer available...only the aluminum bezel was available for 160. unless i totally misunderstood, someone really considering this should call king.
