rear disc brake conversion on a 94 civic coupe

what all is needed to do a reat disc brake conversion on a 1994 civic coupe, i want to upgrade the brake booster and master cylinder too, so what kinda of car should all this be off of?

Donor cars = 90-01 Integra, 92-95 Civic Si/EX ABS, 93-97 Del Sol Si/VTEC, 99-00 Civic

Ebrake cables = 94-01 Integra, 92-95 Civic Si/EX ABS

Rear brake lines = 90-01 Integra, 92-95 Civic Si/EX ABS, 93-97 Del Sol Si/VTEC, 99-00 Civic

Master cylinder = 1991 Civic EX sedan
