skunk2 shifter installation

those of you that have installed a skunk2 shifter, did you use all the spacers and washers? mine did not come with instructions (do they?) also the two spacers? that are just alike though they are on opposite sides do they go inside the bearing of the shifter one on each side. on one side it feels as if it went in totally on the other it seems like no matter how hard I push it will not go, therefore the biggest spacer of the set will not fit.

As I recall, mine had a washer, then the first part of the linkage, the shifter, a spacer, the second part of the linkage and then another washer....if that makes sense. I'll try to find a pic of it installed.
Edit: No pic of it installed, but I have a pic of it in the box and its just the shifter, the bolt, 2 washers and a spacer.

yeah I looked on their website and could not find a thing.
