stock motor wont cold start

stock motor wont cold start

cranks forever, whats up with that? eventually starts and sputters, then runs like nothing ever happened.

im so confused i took i to a mechanic and he was like uh theres nothing wrong.

Yeah im getting that on my 00 civic With B18c5 too.... I have no clue what it is.. someone please help!
