Default Braking - a horn sound? HELP!

Hello!
I'm hoping someone can help me with this!
After driving for about 20mins, when I brake I hear a gridding sound and then a low horn sound?!
The horn sound disappears when I let go of the brakes.
My Mechanic doesn't know why and just changed the Front rotors and pads for me. But the sound is still there.

Anyone have a clue?

Thanks!

Where is the grinding coming from? Check the rear pads and rotors. Look at all four corners and make sure nothing is loose like a caliper or caliper bracket.
