Yep, not much difference at all, just the entire drivetrain, suspension....but thats it.

i was referring to this quote.
interior? identical, except head unit.
suspension? slightly different spring rates, and 99percent of us on the forums use aftermarket anyway
i already highlighted the slight exterior differences.
teh only real difference is the motor and tranny, and i GUESS the brakes

i actuaLLy saw a GT-R sign on a accord
and some guy that Lives by me has a GT-S embLem on his GT CeLica
but n e ways, its not worth the money to go from base to type s
why is everyone asking this????

yah i heard it was just like motor and tranny .
.
i dont really care about looks as much .
and like mostly all of us in this site has new suspention on our cars .

i dont know **** about 05-06.
02-04 have the same sways. who needs the stock strut bar? shocks are the same. spring rates are slightly different. of course you swap the IM with teh motor..... whatever, i guess im done here.
