Default skunk2 front camber kit

i am new to honda-tech but i have been a member of nonvtec.com for 2 years even though it is being rebuilt right now so i am having trouble getting a question answered that i need. i have a bad ball joint so i am looking at skunk2 control arms. i am wondering which would be my best bet.

and

with the pro plus kit, would it work? i am wondering if that silver piece that it shows if that welded on to the car from the factory. i have no way to check it right now cause i do not have a jack.

can i install both of these kits with just your normal hand tools?

sorry for all the questions i am new to ball joints on a honda and i have never had a reason to mess with my control arms until now because i bought it lowered and some cheap camber kit is on it now. so i am looking at getting something high quality. the only thing i have done on it in the 1 1/2 that i have owned the car is i put on Tein S-Tech springs and KYB AGX shocks about 3 weeks ago. but i have done other stuff for my friends cars so i am not new to hondas overall.
thanks for the help in advance.

the pro kit would be easier to install imo because you dont have to reuse any parts
