My Y21 civic box is open diff, I can get a cheap viscous LSD from a integra

just wondering do these handle track racing for periods of 8 laps at a time 3km tight corners everywhere.

or do they overheat like in one post i read

So no one thinks the viscous diff overheats in FWD hondas
Iv read places that viscous diffs do overheat in subaru's 4wd's etc

just wondering if anyone has experienced this?
