96 Integra with water in the driver floor, any help?
My Integra has developed several water leaks; some around the taillights (fixed with new taillight gaskets) and some allowing water into the driver side floor board (arrrgggghhhh). I'm unable to locate the leak after removing the carpet, left kick panel, and some of the firewall insulation. I've also removed the plastic cover at the base of the windshield, but have not been able to find a leak. I've tested with a water hose, but it's not exactly like some of the rains we've seen around here lately.
Any ideas from someone who has seen this before ?
thanks.

Checked the sunroof drain on driver side, it works fine, no leak.
I subsequently found a hole in the upper left corner of the firewall on the driver side. Looks like a metal to metal body seam that has been covered with body sealer that has begun leaking. Now I'm trying to find the outside of that body seam so I can seal it. I don't think just plugging the hole from the interior will be sufficient. I've pulled the left wheel plastic splash cover, and trying to figure out how to pull the fender. My official Acura service manual does not have the steps to pull the fender (how wierd !?).
I'll try to get some pics and post during the process.
thanks for the help, stay tuned....

I had water accumulating in the trunk of my 97 gsr and it took me a year to figure out that it was just the left rear sunroof drain tube
It took about 0.005 seconds to fix.

I found the same thing in my car, but on the passenger side. You won't be able to find the other side of that seam, trust me I've tried. It's all inside the frame rails. I injected some silicone sealant into that hole, then covered it with JB Weld, and then covered that with more silicone sealant.
Unfortunately, now the water finds a different path down and drips in through the hole where the wire harness goes from the dash into the door, which can't really be sealed up because the hole has to be there.
