intake "pop" noise
I have a 2004 Accord EX-L 5-spd coupe with a AEM short ram intake. As I was driving home from school today, I was at a metered stop light for the highway. When the the light turned green and I started accelerating, my intake make a loud "pop" noise and my gas pedal immediately felt like it was stiffer or heavier. It still drove home fine; no lights turned on on the dash and idling was normal, but the car did seem to be a slight bit weaker in accelerating. I checked the intake when I got home and everything still seemed sound. I checked my tires too just to make sure that I didn't mistaken the pop sound for a popped tire.
Do any of you guys have any theories on what could have happened?

um...okay
check the tight down for the intake, most of the time if you jerk the motor(from braking, accleration or over rough road) the IM will pull the intake a tad and it could be just the aluminium tight down bracket hitting the frame/bolt
same idea for the CIA but most of the time it's the tube again the resonator box slot

thanks for your input, i tightened all of the clamps and resecured all the hoses. the car seems to accelerate fine now and the pop hasn't happened since.
