Default LS valve cover question

So I have a 94 integra LS motor with the valve cover that looks like the 2nd gen integra cover. My question is that can I use later year LS valve cover on the 94 head? the reason I am asking this is that the later year LS valve cover has a hole straight across from the oil cap and almost in the center of the cover, while the 94 doesn't have this hole. Please help

I thought the PCV in the center was only on the CRV valve cover???

you just need to buy a different pcv valve and *maybe* the tube, shouldn't be much thought,

yes they are interchangeable, just reroute your pcv valve to your valve cover instead of your intake manifold..but either way pcv is only impt for emissions

PCV is actually semi-important for engine output being that it helps with blowby. As I recall, somebody (non-integra related) did a dyno of their car with the PCV unhooked and hooked up and it yielded a few extra hp with it hooked up.....given dyno graphs vary pull to pull, but he did it the same day, so Im assuming temps and such were pretty close to the same.

Then you still have the PCV on the backside of the block I'd assume.....as well do most people who run breather filters.

so are you guys saying that this is a crv valve cover? I thought that the pcv hooked up on the nubin on the back of the valve cover behind the oil cap?

If you use the newer one on your 94-95 engine, just Plug the whole from the newer one.
Simple as that, I'll post a pic also, h/o...
