Sure?
Prices for things are different everywhere and others got deals from friends or found a stove at a place that didn't know what they had, etc. So sure? Not too sure what kind of an answer you're looking for. Find out what you need for the swap, do some pricing in your area, make some phone calls to find out what people charge for the swap, etc etc and then you'll know atleast a ball park figure.

B20 BLOCK or longblock is about 650. i've seen a b16 head complete but missing a dizzy for 400. then you gotta have it installed. you'll also need a p28 ecu that's chipped, then you'll have to tune or you'll turn out like my b20 vtec right now, spun rod bearing.

i spent 2450 for my b20b with gsr tranny swap and also auto to manual conversion. b16 head was 350...without dizzy. got my dizzy from H-t for 100 which was fucked up, so we had to gut out my ls dizzy and put it inside the b16 dizzy. p28 ecu was 100 bucks chipped. 195 for GE vtec conversion kit.. few other things here and there...you do the math..not to mention the 300 bucks i'm gonna spend for tunning... a lot of mula man...

damn well i aint doing the auto to manual conversion so that would save me money, and i got a hook up on tuning so itll cost me like 50 dollars tops. so not counting the conversion and tuning, u think its possible for me 2 get this on my car and runnin for less than 2500?

like what others have said, it depends on who you get your motor from and also your parts. I think you should be able to manage with that much. Just look around for deals.

GL with the crvtec, it's gonna be nice if you do it.

there are 2 B20s. one has 8.8:1 compression ratio with 140ftlbs torque and 126 hp. the other is 9.2:1 compression ratio with 140ftlbs torque and 146 hp. After you get your b16 head. You have to get the dowel pins to have it put in the block, and have a oil line plumbed for your V-Tec. ive seen b20 long blocks for 600$ and i recently found a GSR head, dizzy, intake and throttle body on Ebay Shipped for 400$ if you want to spin a high rpm your going to have to get the block sleeved, and change the internals to either B16 or GSR.but personally im happy with my 7200rpms.
