Default All motor options in 1st gen b16

I was wondering what are some good set-ups for a n/a 1st gen b16. This is my daily driver, so I don't want to get any retardedly aggressive cams or anything, just some nice upgrades. I'll use the numbering technique

1. Are we able to use the itr/ctr upgrades with no problem (cams, valves + valve springs, intake man.)?

2.What about skunk2 products? I saw someone selling their aem cai because they said it wouldn't fit with the skunk2 IM - that true? I'm figuring cams and valvetrain stuff is fine.

3.What about injectors (size, get RC's or stick to the stock replacements (which are...non obd injectors only)? I was looking into new ones anyway - the tapping noise is annoying [yes, valves were adjusted]

4.Would a v-afc be useful (I might be able to get one for cost)?

Thanks for any input.

a nice all motor build on a B16 would be CTR pistons CTR valve tran and misc. bolt ons cam gears throttle body JDM ITR 4-1 blah blah

as for the intake fitting on the skunk manifold that is not true the skunk manifold will work with any aftermarket intake

injectors are not really going to make a difference, just get your stocks cleaned and balanced.

V-afc is more cool I think than anything else. You might be able to squeeze a few extra tiny ponies out with it. But to say the least it is worth buying due to the fact that you can change fuel settings and vtec cross over on the fly.
