I think theyre ugly but at least someone finally had the sense to start going in the right direction.

 

They don't look that bad, but they're way too expensive. They'll end up like the fake JDM one pieces. They started out at $200, and they're down to $100 and still no one buys them

*edit* I found a set with a picture of them mounted on a car. Ugly as all hell. I think I'll stick with getting black housing one pieces. Quick vote. Should I get clear or amber corners?

 

Look okay, but wait a few monthes.. the price will drop like a bag of beans.

My friend has depo tail lights on his 2003 civic, they're ugly.

 

Doesn't look bad. The corners are questionable. IMO it would look a lot better in black housing.

 

Get REAL one peice headlights, not aftermarket.

OMG this is ugly ewwww, stick with the JDM one peice black housing lights, when i got my JDM 1 peice blk housing lights i just fell in love with them they are sexy

 

just get the retrofit projector one pieces from "prelude1897"

 

those would probably look fine if you got that crap outta the corners and sprayed the rest of the housing black

 

I'm almost tempted to bring that post back up with the one peice amber bulbs on it. Someone STILL hasnt posted what their car looks like with these headlights on. How the hell are people supposed to buy stuff if someone doesnt become a guinea pig. UGH! No seriously...post pics.

You've never seen a picture of one pieces with amber sides actually on a car? They look pretty good. Depends on what color the turn signals are, and what color the car is

 

Direct me to this picture. The lude ninja needs to see it. It would take an act of God to get rid of my JDM ones though. Imported from Bangkok...which is a really good stripper around here.

i like how in the ebay pic of the car there are lines across the headlights, but the pic of the headlights has no lines on them

I was JUST thinking that. I was like"man those lines look pretty good" Oh wait...just a tease i guess. mabye it comes with a "make your own JDM Lines" kit. I quote Carl from Aqua Teen Hunger Force... BADASS!

 

As soon as the price goes down that might be a cheap and easy way to do retrofits. Just buy a pair of those and take off the projector portion and fit it into your JDMs. That might not look too bad...

 

If the corner section looked better and those were black housing, I would buy them in a few months when the price drops.

 

once the price drops why not buy them and take em apart and put in black housings. that is if its cheaper then just buying a retrofit kit

I still have a passager side JDM black housing..Maybe I could do a trial on it. If no one wants to buy it. But only if the price drops.

 

I'm going to do it once the price drops. I'll take out the projecter section and probably spray over the chrome housing surrounding the projector black, and make a n00b attempt at some cheap retrofits. I'll do a test run on my USDMs I have laying around first, but I'll put a write up once the time comes. Finally I'll have some properly housed HIDs.
