I blew a bearing inside and it sounds terrible.
Which is the best one to go with for durability and perf.

Not sure on the question. Are u asking which brand of bearings to go with or which tranny to go with???

 

lol no, I need a transmission, sorry im just a little pissed me car sounds like hell.

 

Everyone will agree that the ex/si tranny will be the best for you. But its up to you, if you don't mind long gears and prefer better gas milage stick with the dx/cx...etc. trannies. As for durability i think it all depends on the driver. Hope this helps

Buy a new one.
Used trannies are not the way to go.
Gearspeed inc sells stock and performance trannies for decent pricing. I just strapped one of their Type-2's to my car.
