Default really low idle

Car: 1998 Civic CX hatch
engine: D16y7

so i finally fixed my erractic problem (thank god!). after 2 junkyard IACVs i finally ordered one from honda and my idle is stable now. my problem is the idle is really low. it idles so low it feels like the motor wants to stall. the motor vibrates alot at idle like its about to die out. the RPM needle almost rest on the black needle at idle. is there an idle adjustment on my D16y7? i know on Bseries there is adjustment screw
