how many different 99 front lips are there? which 99 front lip does everyone prefer? pictures...

everyone and there dog has si or ctr......best in my opinion is backyard special front bumper

backyard special = function why? Because you can regulate the height obviously the lower the home depot special it lower to the ground the more function it is going to have

OEM/ebay = show NO GO because what half an inch is not going to do anything for performance SORRY i should say nothing that your *** dyno is going to feel LOL

like i said before you need to decide weather you want fuction or form?

also bare in mind i have had 3 lips smashed them all did i feel made the car any quicker HELL NO

back yard special home depot cheap fuctional


like i always tell people do you wanna go fast then you can not care about looks if you wanna be slow go for show lol

yea sure no problem thanks for your interest!

look at nascar for example ok or even on the drag strip at the pro's

a lot of them have home made really low to the ground front lips that stops air from going under the car and causing it to raise up which will allow you to lose grip or hold on the road

but if you go with OEM then all it is going to before is show i guess i should have asked you if you race your car or not just read a lot of posts on this website about lips and i feel a lot of people do not understand the concept about fuction of a lip over show

You need to look up Vehicular Aerodynamics, Downforce, Grip, and Drag. Then you'll see how it works.

i have 00 si and i love my front lip. it looks so clean. but there are many different styles that you could do. its just personal preferance good luck

i understand he was not talking about the home depot lip but i just wanted to throw that one in for example or HELL even a choice rather then the usual RICED out all show NO go OEM front lips i am so tired of seeing GOD it is like the next APC/rice

personally if it dose not make you faster you do not need it just my opinion!
