I just bought a injen sri from http://www.ultrarev.com/home.php?cat=0 it cost me like $215 which is the cheapest price i can find. I was curious do i have to change the filter every couple of months or is it a non-Maintenance filter and is it a K&N filter or a cheap filter ?. How does it stack up against a injen cai is it louder in the top end, low end, or across the full powerband ?. I will prob purchase an injen cai before the summer hit's this is my first intake and i wanted to start off small then work my way up. Ive looked over alot of post's on intake's for are SI's this seemed to be the best sri available hopefully i wont be disspointed and i bought this intake for sound and better air flow i can care less about 5hp gain's. It should be a washable filter and just get K&N oil to re-oil it with. $215 is a ridiculous price for a short ram, you could have bought an ebay intake for $20 and spent another $40-50 on a K&N filter and had exactly the same thing for a third of the price.

 

Or you could have asked here, I would have given you the one that came off of my car for free.
