Hi, can I use a perch from a stock integra shock, on my Konis? The konis are on the car right now, and Im running G/C coils. Im switching to lowering springs and need a perch again. If so, how do you remove them from the stock shock. Im guessing the ridges need to be ground down. any help is appreciated. If all else fails I know I can order them from koni

Dude, don't do it. Why are you going to go to a normal spring? Trust me, you will regret it.

Well, theyre Koni reds, and Its more of a daily driver than a track car. I miss my proggressives. Coilover springs no matter the quality always ride stiff. Its not bad over ripples, but a solid ridge or dip in the road, will have you gritting your teeth. The car just feels angry to drive. I need a change.
