Weird problem (srs plug/steering wheel).

Weird problem (srs plug/steering wheel).
I just bought a 00 gsr with a nardi steering wheel (no airbag). I went to put my s2k steering wheel on and there is no srs plug. I'm really confused at this point. Anyone have any thoughts?

Ok so the cable reel + srs plug is missing. But I don't even see where they should hook into anything? Is the cable reel hard to reinstall, am I going to have to splice wires or does it plug somewhere that I can't see? This is really bugging me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
