Default cant figure the problem out

i posted up about my problem with my b20 vtec the other day and got no results... well a friend of mine has the same set up as me except he has a b16 head and i have a gsr....

both of our cars have same symptoms.... if we are using a vtec ecu chipped (p28) the first time we hammer on the car when it goes to idle back down it will die and not wont to start...sometimes it starts if were lucky.... but if we run a non vtec ecu we can beat on the cars all we want and it runs perfectly.... but with the vtec ecu it starts popping and wanting to die if you let it idle once you get on it for the first time... any help is appreciated

Have you checked the CEL codes? Has it done this since the swap?
