Default tune up..

gas mileage has steadily dropped in the past two months, my 92 lude is at 95,xxx. i got my water pump, timing belt, head gasket, and valve adjustment done at 86k at honda. what's included in a tune up. i'm assuming i need one since i'm at this mileage already. i definately need a new cone filter. cause my injen one is dark as hell. but what else?

Full tune up can be:

-fuel filter
-air filter
-spark plugs/wires
-distributor cap/rotor
-oil/filter change
-valve adjustment
-full Seafoam treatment

Tire pressure also has a lot to do with gas milage as well as driving style.

The only other thing I can think of is PCV valve and clean the Throttle Body and intake manifold. IM would already to pretty clean if u run the seafoam through it though.

1)where can i get seafoam?
2)does it matter what spark plugs/wires? oem @ honda is fine?
3)distributor cap/rotor @ honda is good too?
4)fuel filter necessary?
5) pcv valve..

anything else included in a tune up or atleast i should be doing at this mileage interval? cause i'ma bout to do this all at once. might as well pay honda to do it for me. well my friend works there so he said he could hook me up on the parts and labor wouldnt b much since he'd be doin it.

If you or someone else is going to adjust the valves then do a running vacuum test before and after the adjustment also check the MAP voltage before and after the adjustment also, MAP reads vacuum. Give us these items when you are completly done. Did anyone mention valve cover gasket set also.

Maybe change the trans fluid. Thats about all i can think of. That has a 30k milage interval.

I already got a valve adjustment when i got the water pump, timing belt, and headgasket.

but what is seafoam? i've done some research and heard about putting about 1/2 in full gas tank. and you're set. i was told to put it in a week or so andbefore my tune up so that way if my spark plugs or something get clogged up w/ carbon or something they'll be replaced anyway. i dunno.
