ok this is my question and i did search 10 pages and didnt get an exact answer. the question is will i benefit from adding a AEM fuel rail to my setup or will it be a waste of time and money

With your set up possibly, i dont know much. Try the tech or all motor section

 

Probably not since ur only using the 310 injectors...dont need THAT much fuel. But if you find one cheap, go for it.
