wiring speakers
I just got infinity reference component speakers for my 88 crx and was wondering if anyone knows which wire colors are positive and negative for the front and back out puts, does it even matter? i have them all installed i just need to know the positives and negs, any information will be appreciated thanks.
component infinity speakers are real nice, they are the best bang for your buck (in my opinion) they have no bass but they are clear as hell. im really happy with these component speakers

true, i put infinities in my rex. no bass whatsoever, so i just got a bazooka tube to put in there. i have the regular 6.5's up front and the shallow mount 6.5's in the rear. i made custom brackets out of plywood for the front. even without the brackets though, the tweeters hit the speaker grill, so i had to trim it out all around the speaker, cause the soft part hit it too and made it sound like crap. a red hot blade will do a clean job if it comes to that for you!!

Yeah I have the 6.5's in front i just drilled the mounting holes in the metal and found some screws that would fit also made sure nothing would stop the window from rolling down, and with the tweeter i drilled a hole right in front of the handle and mounted them there.
