I have an H22a in my 95 Accord 5-speed. I bought it with the VAFC already installed. Can bad wiring of the VAFC cause a CEL? The CEL comes on after about 5 minutes of driving. When I shut off the car and turn it back on, the CEL will disappear immediately, but it will turn back on in 5 minutes to 30 minutes. I checked and I got a code 21 = Vtec Solenoid. With the CEL on it peaks at 6800. The the guy I bought the car from said the vtec solenoid is new. Thanks

check the wiring make sure it is correct and make sure the vtec solonid is grouned properly. also make sure the oil screen isnt clogged
