There has been numerous threads about it. It comes down to replacing the SH tranny with a Base tranny and building a custom bracket to be able to attach the intermediate shaft on the SH block. My plans at first were to go this route but since the strenght of the adapter plate has never been tested i dont want to risk having it rip from the block with a high turbo set-up. Thats why i have decided to replace the SH block all together and use a base block.

just out of curiosity how would an f22 block(built of course)and tranny with my h22 head work out? would the power be anywhere near what I want?
oh yeah and I will be using a 60-1 turbo on the new build.

It won't be a big issue. Just pull the fuse and it will be disabled. At that point, the only problem you'll have is the extra 40lbs from the atts unit.
