Default handling issue

I'm having a problem with my handling.. The car drives fine on a smooth flat road, but if the road becomes uneven it feels like my wheels are pulled by the road even while i'm holding the steering wheel firm. The same thing happens if a gust of wind blows my car, it wants to take the direction the wind is pushing instead of following the path my steering wheel is directed in. btw, my tire pressure is good.

Is this my ball joints? tie rods? wheel bearings? How could I find out? Thanks for any help you can provide.

trust me, I have owned enough hondas to know what factory suspension should feel like.

I'm guessing it is my lower ball joints..

the car in front of you probably has power steering, and didnt even feel the wind, while you in your civic (probably no power steering, just a guess) are lighter, and you probably let go of your wheel. I still think it is normal, but maybe someone else on here can offer a better explanation.

my CV axles are really bad right now, so i'll see what happens once I replace them..
I was just looking for a definite solution to the problem while I'm replacing the axles

Is the car lowered? Try jacking up the front end and pushing and pulling on the wheels and checking for excessive play.

the car is bone stock aside from an intake. that's a good idea, I will try that tomorrow..

BTW, I just used a little bit of seafoam in my brake booster vacuum line and gas tank.. the motor definitely feels smoother during acceleration and deceleration
