ek hatch springs and shocks question...
I have a 96 hatch that ive been working on for a good while now, and my question is this.. When I bought the car it came with some ebay coilovers and the ride was horrible. So i took them off and installed some factory springs. Well the rear is sitting up nice and high. But the front is sitting extremely low, Its tucking on both sides but the passenger side is a lil lower. Has anyone ever seen this on stock springs and shocks? are the shocks really that bad or am i missing something when I installed them.
I ordered new tien springs and new tokico shocks, so when they come in I wanna make make sure that i'm not missing anything. As i remember it was 2 rubber pieces and a washer I beleive? That goes on top with the cap?

How's the ride quality? It sounds like you've got some pretty blown shocks, either that, or they cut the bumpstop down really now. I doubt you forgot the bumpstop, or your'd hear a bang every time the shock compressed and slammed against your hood.
I did it just like the picture, but the ride is pretty bad. Its been sitting in my garage for about 2months now. Its just my project but I was wondering why it was sitting so low on one side. Ill try to post pics tomorrow.
