Default What would be the best ECU for my set up???

I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but i didnt really find anything in my search.

Anyways I was just wondering what would be the best ecu for my set up. Right now I have a B16a2 (obd2), and I'm running a P72. I just got a OBD1 jumper harness and I'm thinking about the ecu that I'm going to buy. I'm thinking about buying a chipped P28 but I dont really know what chip/basemap to get. I just want something that Has the vtec engage at around 5500 rpms because with my ecu now it like 4800 and it pisses me off.

So is the P28 the way to go? Any info would help, THANKS!
