2001 itr seats?
i just picked up a set of 2001 itr seats. it has a pocket behind the driver seat and no **** on the right of the seat to adjust the stiffness of the seats. is this true? i've never owned a pair of itr seats like these and now i'm having my doubts. can someone comfirm.. also, the seat belt has no harness to let the gauge cluster know the seat belt is in.
since when have ITR's ever had anything to let you know the seat belt isn't plugged in on the dash?
you lot in the states got tucked up royally for extra weight and **** factory equipment,

i remember this in my itr trivia class...we all know that in japan, ITRs came with stock jdm recaros. however, i heard that our usdm "ITR" seats were actually an option for certain jdm model dc2 integras. black with red stitching stock seats. i am not 100% sure, but i am pretty confident someone validating this once a long time ago with pics also right here on honda-tech. this is the only thing i can imagine explaining this anomaly.
i should also add that although the original thread starter mentioned them to be "2001" itr seats, there really is no way to validate what year itr seats would come from seeing as how there is no difference between a usdm 97 itr seat to my 01.

Interesting... if these seats came from a RHD model, that would explain why the map pocket is on the left side seat.
If they're from the JDM, it would also explain why there isn't a connector for the fasten seatbelt light on the dash, right?
As for the lumbar adjustment, maybe it wasn't available on that model Integra..

There was actually a post back in the day (around a 3 yrs ago) and someone had purchased a BONE stock DC1 rhd integra, and was suprised when the stock seats were identical to U.S ITR seats.
I think that is definately what is posted above

i was gonna say. you might have 2 passenger seats but that wouldn't make sense cuz you have the lever to push the seat back. and it still wouldn't tell why there is a pocket in the back. maybe you just got another integra seat that was recovered?
