Default Suspension Bushings

I have a 1990 CRX Si with stock sway bars, and stock front and rear control arms. I wanted to get the Energy Suspension bushings for most of my suspension but I do not know what size to get for the stock sway bars. Anyone know?
And do you guys think it would be worth it if I bought the Rear Trailing Arm Bushings?
I don't plan on buying the whole kit but the bushings separately at summit racing.
Thanks for any help!

you will find some people prefer the ES bushings and other people don't, it's just a matter of preference, i use ES bushings all the way around, i used to have the ES Trailing Arm bushing but I replaced that with a solid spherical bearing. I found that the solid polly bushing in the TA would make my rear end loose over bumps at high speeds, If i were you i would go with the stock bushings for the trailing arm if you can find a good price on them, the stock bushing allows for movement in all directions where the poly does not.

alright, maybe i'll go with the OEM trailing arm bushing, but does anyone know the size for the stock sway bar bushings? I heard there was 15mm and 18mm.

You can get the mugen rear trailing arm bushings pretty cheap from king motorsports. If I remember correctly they are about the same price as new OEM.

Alright sounds good, what about the 19mm front and 16mm rear. Will that fit also or will that make a difference?
