Default Anyone see the new EX wheels?

So the 07 EX is getting new wheels too I believe. I picked up an accessories brochure for the 07 civics and they have a new, darker, 5 spoke wheel for the EX.. Can't remember if its 16 or 17 inch. Either way they look good, would like to see them in person. Anyone else seen the pics?

These are the only 16's offered on the site and they're not new.

There are however 2 choices for 17inch wheels.... but they don't show any pictures for those.

those are not the new Civic EX rims, those have been out forever and day, optional rims for the EP3 and the accords... even the TSX.. no way they will put those rims STOCK on a civic EX, the rims are still the same **** fat *** 5spoke 16" ... where the hell did you pull your information from?

taken right from honda civic exterior gallery - http://automobiles.honda.com/m...Coupe

and the rims eL posted are optional rims they've been offering since the 06 civic came out

Well, if you check my original post, it said "picked up an accessories brochure" and never said anything about them being stock. I just assumed they were EX wheels because most people would consider the SI wheels better, and seeing how the lower models wheels IMO suck, i just said EX... but I never said anything about stock.

Either way, sharp wheels, might get them.

*sigh* you couldnt search or anything?

First off, if you have an EX,LX,DX whatever, you have to buy the whole trunk, not just the spoiler... it just how it works.

Second, just goto the WTB/Trade/Sell thread and post up a trade, your trunk for matching SI trunk, lots of people want those swaps.

The fat 5 spoke rims arn't as popular... at least in my opinion.. but if you check out the 18HFP rims are hella nice
7spoke slim and dark metalic gray color i believe.

Hey TRE_ how much would you price for that?

I read that somewhere but i dont see how it is possible, SI and EX trunk are about the same size, on ebay, people are selling after market SI spoilers but i don't trust those sources. Plus, who would want an EX trunk on their SI ... But thanks for your response ...

You misunderstand me, the spoiler holes are not in the same place for the SI spoiler and the EX/LX/DX spoiler... if you try to do a swap of spoilers only, you end up with open holes for water to get into your trunk.
