Default I only get 240 miles to the tank without jackrabbit driving! Help

So I used to get about 300-310 miles to the tank on a full tank (16 gallons) on my 99 v6 accord sedan. I filled it up with premium one day, I normally run regular and now I only get 230-250 miles to the tank roughly 15 miles per gallon, any ideas on what my problem could be?

you need to run the premium gas for about three tankfulls to allow the car to adapt to the fuel change.
you will notice the mileage will go back up as you use it

Newer vehicles are able to adapt to fuel changes. (most OBD 2.2 vehicles)

im pretty sure that is BS. car and driver tried using premium when they first tested the 6th gen v6 and found that you got the best gas millage using regular. so i ask you, why waste your money? just buy good gas like shell or BP in the first place

i was pretty sure it was a waste of to put premium in an NA engine, especially if you dont to it regularly, and in an accord it just plain doesnt work (6th gen) and by not work i mean increase gas millege
