Default Question about making the motor legal

Quick question regarding my swap. I got an F20B in an EJ8 and its all said and done i just dont know if it will pass inspection. The engine is OBD2 but i got an OBD1 civic ecu with conversion harness and remapped fuel and ignition timing so that it runs the engine. I brought the car to a local honda-tuning shop and they replaced the EGR valve and also put an OBD1 US H22 intake manifold cover? Its the top half of the IM, something to do with butterflies i believe? Im not too sure and don't quite understand it. Anyways i know that the ecu was chipped not to look for the egr or the knock. My question is that will it pass MA inspection? Im not sure if i'll fail emissions or what would even happen when they plug it into their computer with the OBD2 connector? I don't understand how it would read it or if they would know that the engines a JDM motor. I just need to know if i did anything wrong or if i should do anything more to make it so it passes inspection, i haven't really talked to any shops around here, so any information would be helpful. Thanks in advance
