it is because they dont fit.....
s2k is a staggard setup....
16x6.5 front and 16x7.5 rear on 00-03 models
and 17x7 ft and 17x8.5 rear on 04-07 models
type r wheels are 15 in for us and uk models
16" for jdm and some grey market imports
and 17" on the dc5.... which may fit but are not staggard or proper offsets

those are not jdm itr wheels....
the spokes are to thin towards the outer edge if you look closely, the rear center in deeper than the front center of the wheels.....
they remind me of enkei es tarmacs.....

we've put ITR wheels on 2 of my friends 00 ap1's to go to the drag strip and they fit with no issues besides the fact that they are small. (apparently people like spinning the tires out of the whole instead of bogging)

umm...well DC2 15'' ITR wheels will not fit over the S2K front brakes. The reason you were able to use them while drag racing is because you probably only put them on the rear. The front S2K brakes are about 12'' in diameter. way to big for 15'' wheels.
