I have a99civicex and iPut in a Hi-flow cat and i remoVed O2 sensor do they make an O2simuLator so I can wire itto the cut o2 wiRes so the check engine light is off so i can pass NY inpection

 

why not just put an o2 bung in the cat?

 

Yes, O2 simulators are made, but I would put the O2 sensor in there since they will most likely check that the sensor is physically after the cat. Also if it is anything like cali, they won't pass you with a "high-flow" cat.

yeah put the o2 back in. if your hi flo means resonator and not really a cat. then put the o2 back in and wire a 1 megohm resistor in line with the o2 signal wire. that will keep the ecu thinking the cat is working.
