Nah...I'd like confirmation on that. The bitch pin would expand if punched with that. It'd basically just jam it in the hole. If that truly is Honda's tool for that, then I can tell you the one I made that goes on my air hammer is ten times better than that p.o.s. will ever be.
I call the bitch pin the love pin since I made the unit for my air hammer. That thing comes out so f'n easy its rediculous....even ones that have been in there since day one off the assembly line. 2 sec and it's out.

I believe that tool is used for lining up the balancer shafts when rebuilding an engine or replacing the belts etc. there is a access port on the back of the engine that you remove and thread that thing in there. I remember using it one thime just to see if it would help, but it was a total waste of time. The reason it had never been used is there is no real need for it, you just line up the marks and go.
