Default Are these OEM Floor Mats for the 98 CW ITR - Checkered?

Looking to pick up a set of OEM ITR Floor mats for my R. Wondering if these are the ones that go with the 98 CW ITRs. Are these the super rare ones that are "Checkered". Also I asked Opie and he said he dosn't remember there being a hole under the Integra Type R. Friend of mine are selling them and if giving me first crack at them. Trying to figure out a good price to offer him. What have people seen these go for? I'm pretty sure he said 50 bucks shipped but i forgot.

Hold out for better ones.

They go for $100-150

you can still get the 2001 all solid black ones for a good price brand-new.

I was told these floor mats are super rare and hard to get. Just wanted to make sure these are the ones that go with my 98 ITR. The mats are only dirty, not worn. Dont know what to do. Thinking of buying them, trying to clean them for 50 bucks... why not. Seen people offering 500 bucks for these if you do a search.

They're hard to get now, as Acura has discontinued them. They were accessories back in '97, '98 and 2000; not standard. In 2001, the ITRs came standard with the thinner black mats.

I suppose the ones pictured are worth $50. The driver's mat just looks dirty; no frays, but there does look like a spot like a cigarette burn.. The hole with the metal ring near the bottom on the driver's mat is for an anchor to keep it in place. Ask the person selling the mats if he will supply that hardware. If not, you can order it through Acura.

Accessory mats (discontinued)

Accessory trunk mat (not sure if disco'd.. edit: yep)

2001 ITR mats

Canadian mats

European mats

JDM mats

now I'm matted out.

The REALLY rare ones are the 97s. They look like the 98s except no hole for the anchor thingie. Id pay some decent bucks for those if someone can find a set.

Might be tough to find them in good shape, but they couldn't have been that rare. They were still readily available from the dealerships in late '98.

I'd never seen the striped/checkered mats with the anchor hole until some pictures were posted here recently. Until someone mentioned the hole was standard in '00 mats, I wondered if that later run was just a knock-off.
