Default compression test #'s / good-bad ?

did a compression test on my EM1 yesterday.
the numbers seemed kinda low to me. i searched a ton of threads and found people having #'s in the 200+ range.
but also read something about the B16a3's brand new compression is at 184psi.

so im a little confused. if thats the case thn my motor doesnt seem to be in to bad of shape.

car has 125k on it.

#1-165
#2-160
#3-174
#4-174

how am i doin ? seem low to anyone ? or what ? ive never done a compression test before

also. i DID do the test at WOT. just wonderin how my #'s are lookin basically. and to get a solid answer about if a B16A3 brand new compression is 184psi.

thanks.

not horrible. As long as the numbers are close to one another(10-15psi), its fine.

Not like the engines about to die or anything.

cool. yea i figured it wasnt the best. but wasnt a heap heading in a downward spiral.

as long as it runs long enough until i can pick up a B20 bottom end and get it ready for boost. haha
