Maybe your clutch self-destructed. How hard are you on the clutch?
I remember for the first 47k miles I double clutched all the time. This caused the spring retainer to break on the clutch and pieces of the clutch broke apart. I could hardly get into any gear.

Sounds clutch related...only one way to find out

You can also disconnect the transmission linkage and manually shift the trans at the shift shaft with the car off of course and on sturdy jack stands. If you can manually shift it then you know what to look at next.

Try bleeding the line Check all the easy and most obvious stuff first If would suck for you to go through taking the transmission off and find out you just had a bad clutch slave cylinder.

The clutch isn't disengaging all the way. Assuming the hydraulic system is operating correctly there are 3 possibilities:

Worn/weak spring seats on pressure plate
[replace PP]

Clutch disc dragging on PP/flywheel. (Warped/broken disc, broken spring seat)
[replace disc]

Broken, bent, or shot throw out bearing.
[replace throwout bearing]

Your car is likely shaking because the motor can't maintain proper idle speed.

Just get a new clutch/pp/to
