depends on the offset of the wheels!

offset is +40, and tires 205/45/16.

Was running lowered to flushed tires with 205/45-16 on 16x7 wheels with a 42 offset on my teg, and the rear was not a problem at all. The fronts would rub going into and out of driveways due to suspension compression, but nothing worth worrying about.

That 2mm difference would help with the front rubbing, and I think I had 2mm to spare between the tire and the fender in the back, but nothing a rolled fender wouldn't cure.

That's what I was thinking,

I'm running the same wheel / tire setup on my EF, which isn't lowered.. The integra has a bit more room, but when you lower it 2" it will bring the tire up and in. I'm going to say you're going to get rub on the outside of the tire on the wheel well.

You'll be fine. If there is going to be any rubbing it will only be on the inner fender during full lock and it would be bad at all.

At that ride height, you'll be fine. If anything, at full turn, you might rub in the front. And that would be in the outer side, not inner. Lots of misinformation in this thread.
