so im contimplating buying type-r sidemarkers, my buddy just got some on a special for his four door EF and said they had dc5 ones around the same price so i figured what the hell.....my question is has anybody had experience cutting into thier fenders?? does it come with a template, im all go for the markers except for the hole cuting into my brand new car idea, so any with experience?? directions or diagrams or experiences would be apprecitiated

Yeah, I recently bought sidemarkers as well but I am also terrified of cutting into my fender, there should be a template on clubrsx.com and a DIY there that should help.

Also, if you are afraid of cutting your fender or messing it up you can always take it to a local body shop and have them cut it for you I guess.

^^ yea that...bodyshops usually charge like 15-25 bucks a side to drill the hole which isnt that bad if youre scared of messing up your fenders

 

i'm new here so i dont know but on crsx.com there is template and diy instructions. i used them and it came out wonderfully.
