I use PR3 pistons in my LS, with a stock headgasket, stock LS head, and the block is decked a little, compression is around 11:1.

the itr pistons you need to shave the rods so they can fit. the p30 pistons fit on w/o machining. i used pr3 pistons in my 1.8L lsvtec. made 217hp. my comp was like 11.7:1 with flat valves too
