i dont know what to go with i am building a ls vtec ctr pistons or itr ????
what would be the diff between the two?

the difference very high CR 
well also what type of head are you going to be running ??
if your planning on running a gsr with itr us spec at least 11.1
with ctr pistons over 12.1 -12.3
