Default 97 accord with h22a swap

so im cruising down the freeway and the car cuts off. with further inspection the dizzy is toast litteraly toast its melted together and is no way salvagable... so i got a new dizzy and still no start the car turns over and im getting fuel but no spark. i have taken the new dizzy apart to make sure it is all correctly hooked up and it is. i tried another ecu and still no start. what are your thoughts? ive searched and nothing pertaining to my issue is or has been addressed i can find anything that would cause this problem.

the replaced dizzy is a used jdm unit off of ebay, i tried another ecu today and still no spark. im wondering if the coil and or ignitor are not shot. im going for another obd1 dizzy this week and see if swapping coil and ignitor dont do the trick. other than that im at a loss ....
