Default Deciding on a welder, need some input

Hello all,

time to upgrade from my little lincoln weldpak 100. If you guys had a single choice between getting a millermatic 210 (mig) of syncrowave 200 (tig) which would you go with. I'm mostly a hobbyist at best. I mostly do some exhaust welding (not fabing headers), will get into some stainless intercooler piping and will be making a welding table (box steel with either 1/4 or 3/8 table top). As for mig welder I believe it's more forgiving; i.e. get away with more of a gap between the two objects, pipes, etc. you are trying to weld. For the tig it's more of a persision welder?

Any input would be great..

Thanks,
