take it to a shop like a firestone or an automotive shop that can drill out the stud

remove teh upper A arm, lower ball joints, pop the axle, front fork, disconect brake lien from caliper, and what ever else im forgetting to remove the front spindle from the car. you can get to the back of the stud. either weld it if its looose, or drip it out with a settaline torch, wheel is ok, youll need a new hub though. had to do this a month ago when i spun a lug in the spindle

Try a bolt remover like the ones from Sears.
I've also used a socket and pounded it on and removed the bolt that way.
Or a hammer and a chisle but you'll more than likely destroy the threads that way.

Same thing happened to me on my old 240sx with the same exact style lugs. Drilled it out while still on the car and only took 10 mins or so. All you have to do is drill it far enough that it clears the remaining piece of the lug and then kick your tire and it should just fall off.

They sell these sockets where the inside is like a swirl and when used on an impact gun it sort of threads itself into broken or stripped bolts and takes them out. Go to local shops and see if thay can take it off for you.
