Seriously though, I have seen body kits that have been screwed into place from the underside when they don't quite fit correctly.
My Nissan does the same thing....its just something we deal with

under the bumper there is some holes, make sure all the screw's r in place if not but some new 1's...or just tighten them up..worked fine for me

my em1 does the same thing...alot of 96-00 coupes i've seen have the same problem...

Basically what you do it take the bumper off.. the little metal tabs on the actual car are probably bent down.. hammer them until they are perfect, do the same with your bumper. then go and buy brand new hardware at Lowes and put the btich together
