guys i really dont know what to choose, i have Koni yellows with stock springs and i really dont know that much about suspension, what are u guys feedback on any of these springs.
i want something with a good spring rate for a daily driver

Tanabe GF210
front: lowers 1.3" 336 in/lbs
rear: lowers 1.3" 152 in/lbs

Tein S-Techs
front: lowers 1.5" 269 in/lbs
rear: lowers 1.5" 123 in/lbs

Progress B-Series
front: lowers 2.0" 360 in/lbs
rear: lowers 2.0" 200 in/lbs

 

the higher the in/lbs the stiffer they are? how does that work
