Here's the spec's of what I was aiming for.

Length - any where between 27" - 31" (endtank to endtank) I want the core to cover my whole front bumper (EG).
Width - 2" - 2.5" (dont want it too thick)
Height - 6" - 6.5"
Would also like the inlets/outlets to be 2 1/4 or 2.25".

I dont want a huge 400+ hp intercooler, just one that looks good for a daily driver that will be capable of ~300hp.

Got pics?..when you say BOV do you mean just the flange or comes w/ BOV too? what set up is the pipings made for? gsr, ls/b16??

But just curious, when he had this IC kit on his LS, did you have to modify it to fit your GSR? Cause the GSR and LS intake manifold is a totally different set up and it wont fit?

I will take $300 shipped for the intercooler and piping. And you asked about modifying the piping to fit my gsr. There is a connector that is about 7 inches long that allows the pipes to be expanded wider or narrower. I did not have to modify anything to get the piping to fit on both cars.

 

I got a Greddy type 31 which sounds like its exactly what you're looking for.

It super super cheap if you want it because it twised....Guaranteed no leaks...i used it for a few months on my Sol before i upgraded to a new bar/plate intercooler.

If you want pics let me know, its not the prettiest but I'll let it go for $80 bucks.

I'll pass on the pipings, looks as if you have alot of couplings to connect the pipings together. I want to try to eliminate as much couplings as possible.



Is this a modified starion intercooler??

ps. the greddy will bolt onto the eg chassis because it bolted up to my Del sol Perfectly. This intercooler was designed for em1 but they fit both cars. I use to have an em1 before it got stolen w/ the same intercooler so i know.

There are 2 holes underneath the car that bolt up to the 2 lower brackets of the intercooler and for the top bracket i bent it over the front bumper support so it would stay better and Sprayed red paint on the bumper support so i knew where to drill the hole.

Thanks for the offer, but i think the greddy intercooler caught my intrest.. Will be checking it out tomorrow...
